Crystal defines “infrastructure services” as local voice, long distance, frame relay, designing and supervising rail grinding and wheel truing programs, power auditing and distribution design that reveal a close line with optimal quality and cost.

As an infrastructure management company, we focus on helping our customers solve business problems and uncover results that improve the business. We typically structure a project fee for our deliverables, and most of our projects result in a five-month or less return on investment on the project fee. We prefer not to structure a contingency fee – instead preferring to create a long-term relationship of value delivered to our customer.
